The day-to-day management of operation is supervised by our corporate staff. Our corporate team will integrate an operational and sales working budget for your hotel. Market Analysis & Feasibility

We offer our owners market research analysis with practical information to include recommendations that prepare an owner to make critical informed decisions.

Franchisor Negotiations

We will work with the franchisor to guarantee that any necessary obligations are completed in a timely manner. NorthStar Hospitality will also negotiate agreements and/or settlement of any outstanding issues with the franchisor.
